Weekly Classes

For over 30 years, Michael has been offering weekly classes on Tuesday evenings in the Tadley area, currently at the Ambrose Allen Centre RG26 4ER. HOWEVER THESE CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. Steps are being taken to offer on-line classes via Zoom, please contact Michael by email to receive an invitation. Under normal circumstance, we have an earlier beginners' class, followed by a more advanced class. working at a deeper level. Both classes are aimed at having a therapeutic effect through gradual and appropriate acquisition of habits and skills involving movement, breath and focussed attention. Fees are £45 for a ten week beginners' course, meeting from 6.30 to 7.30pm, or £60 for a nine week continuation class, meeting from 7.30 to 9:00pm. There are places on the later more advanced class: please contact Michael if you are interested: michael@twobirdsyoga.com Drop-ins are welcome in the more advanced class - £8 per class.

Michael was also offering a 'Movement and Mindfulness' class on Sunday mornings 8:30 -9:30am at The Link (Tadley Community Centre) RG26 4HN. HOWEVER, classes will continue in some form via Zoom, please contact Michael as above. Activities will centre on simple exercises, standing, kneeling, lying or sitting, coordinated with various ways of improving body and breath awareness and posture. All ages from 11-17 (if accompanied) to seniors welcome. £5 per class.
