Two Birds Yoga Courses

Courses

Currently, Michael is offering a Foundation Course for the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), with the intention of following on with a BWY Teacher Training course early in 2011. Also, Michael offers Day Seminars and (in 2010) Weekend Retreats which are open to all yoga teachers and experienced students.

Foundation Courses

BWY Foundation Course 1 is open to all who have some background in Yoga (typically by attending a weekly class for at least two years) and who wish to deepen their knowledge and experience of Yoga. This could be purely for their personal benefit, or with the intention of training to teach Yoga at some point.
